Together Women work with women and girls with multiple and complex needs across Northern England. They work to empower women by building their confidence and providing them with tools to lead healthier and happier lives. Together Women have centres in Leeds, Bradford, Sheffield, Hull, HMP New Hall and a social enterprise scheme at HMP Askham Grange. Their centres offer safe, women-only spaces which provide 1:1 tailored support, group programmes, and peer mentoring. Together Women are trans-inclusive.
