Together Women work with women and girls with multiple and complex needs across Northern England. They work to empower women by building their confidence and providing them with tools to lead healthier and happier lives.
Together Women have centres in Leeds, Bradford, Sheffield, Hull and HMP New Hall, as well as other operating hubs in Halifax, Huddersfield and Wakefield. Their centres offer safe, women-only spaces which provide 1:1 tailored support, group programmes, and peer mentoring. Together Women are trans-inclusive.

The Sheffield branch offers a safe and welcoming place for women to engage in meaningful support and community services including:

- Finance, benefits and debt advice
- Substance misuse advice and support
- Support for victim-survivors of domestic violence and abuse

- Healthy Relationships group
