SoDiT are a small peer led non-profit charitable organisation (charity no: 1109165) that provide a holistic/family centred perspective in dealing with depression & mental health distress. They provide support for women and those who identify as women, who have/had depression or related mental health distress and wish to move on.

SoDiT are currently providing a range of different services including text support (07493 327445), a face to face peer support group (Tuesday 12.30-2.30pm), drama sessions and creative crafts (SWAG – SoDiT Women’s Art Group).

They are developing further support via an additional peer support group (Wednesday evenings 6-7pm), nature connections, mindful walking, wellness planning & beyond, storytelling, introduction to DBT skills, trauma informed awareness and co-production.
