Space to Breathe provide wellbeing and self-care support for individuals, communities and organisations in Sheffield and South Yorkshire. They use art, simple spirituality, mindfulness and positive psychology to help start conversations around wellbeing and then provide practical self-care tools accessible for everyone.
Their services include:
- Personal wellbeing – free guided meditation and other resources
- Workplace wellbeing – a suite of support for workplaces and businesses
- Work with NHS – partnering with NHS services
Carers Wellbeing and Support Project
The Carers Wellbeing and Support Project aims to provide support to carers who are caring for someone with a mental health challenge. The project offers practical help, support when someone’s going through a crisis and then ongoing wellbeing support. You can make a referral or self-refer to the project using the form on their Carers Wellbeing and Support Project webpage.
