No Panic Sheffield offers a self-help support group that meets regularly in Sheffield.  The group meets both face-to-face or online.

Their aim is to support individuals with anxiety related conditions, including:

  • General anxiety
  • Social anxiety
  • Panic attacks
  • OCD
  • Phobias
  • Agoraphobia
  • PTSD

There are usually 5-12 people in attendance. The group is based on CBT techniques and peer support to help people find ways of managing their anxiety. Those experiencing depression and low mood are also welcome to come. You can email [email protected] for more information about the group.

Trained volunteer facilitators run the group. Contact No Panic Sheffield directly to refer by filling out their referral form or you can email [email protected] 

Their group meets fortnightly on Wednesday evenings (6.30 – 8.30pm) at Sheffield Flourish (Windrush Way, S3 8JU) Face-to-face and also online.
