No Panic Sheffield offers a number of self-help support groups that meet regularly in Sheffield.

Their aim is to support individuals with anxiety related conditions, including:

  • General anxiety
  • Social anxiety
  • Panic attacks
  • OCD
  • Phobias
  • Agoraphobia
  • PTSD

There are usually 5-12 people in attendance.  The groups are based on CBT techniques and peer support to help people find ways of managing their anxiety. Those with depression and low mood are also welcome to come. You can email nopanicsheffield@gmail.com for more information about the groups.

If you are a statutory provider referring someone to the SHSC Waiting List Project, please fill in the form you can find through this link https://form.jotform.com/nopanicsheffvol/vcse-referral-form or email npsheffvol@gmail.com

Trained volunteer facilitators run the groups.  They usually meet weekly on Wednesday evenings (6.30 – 8.30pm) at Sheffield Flourish (Windrush Way, S3 8JU) and Thursday mornings (10am – 12noon) at SODIT (SYAC building, Unit 4, The Wicker, S3 8JD). Please visit the website to check dates of groups and events.
