Sheffield Based Separated Family Support Service.
However you’re feeling right now about your role as a separated parent, you are not alone. Everyone’s situation is different, but you can bet someone else has felt the same as you. We will support you through this.
As an accredited service with the National Association of Child Contact Centres, we work to nationally recognised standards, and have an accreditation visit every 3 years. We’ve been providing services to families in Sheffield for 22 years; so you are in safe hands!
We offer a variety of Family Time options; including Supported Family Time, Supervised Family Time, Virtual sessions, as well as a Handover service for separated families.
Our ‘Your Time’ weekly support group is also available every Wednesday to advise and support families with any concerns they may have; (this alternates weekly between Resident and Non Resident parent). This can be anything from co-parenting support, to signposting for help with finances.

Every Wednesday morning is ‘Your Time,’ we get together in person or virtually for a coffee, chat, support and advice. The group alternates one week for resident persons (the person who the child lives with), and the next for non resident persons (the person who the child doesn’t live with).
You can chat to other people going through or who’ve been through a similar situation, chat to staff and get advice from visiting experts.
