Adult ADHD Peer Support Group Sheffield is attended and run by adults who have ADHD or think they may have ADHD. Anyone who feels they meet this criteria is welcome to attend meetings. The group follows and embodies the NSUN Peer Support Charter. Please note they are not a service provider led group, they are run entirely by volunteers.
The group usually meets twice a month, with an online session on the second Monday of each month and a face to face session on the fourth Wednesday of each month.
They ask for people to email prior to coming to ensure they get updates of any changes. To attend an online meeting, please email for access details. While they aim to maintain the usual meeting schedule, dates are subject to change. To stay informed, please join the mailing list by emailing [email protected]
The group also occasionally has friends or family of attendees joining sessions as well as guest professionals who work in areas relating to ADHD, neurodiversity and mental health.
Further details about the group schedule can be found on their Google site.
