Men Up North run informal meet ups for men, called “Can We Talk”. These are a safe space for men to share how they are feeling, listen to others, and feel part of a community.
- When: The 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month, 7-9pm
- Where: AALFY, 108 The Moor, Sheffield, S1 4PD
The “Can We Talk” group coaching sessions focus on safe space conversations that enable personal growth, within a supportive community. The intention is to increase self-awareness and allow men to learn how to take responsibility for their own lives, goals and feelings. This is achieved through open, honest, confidential and non-judgemental discussions.
You are not required to sign up to join the meet up. They are informal and run by volunteers.
