Drumming for Wellbeing is an 5-week programme run by Kaleido Arts for Wellbeing.

They use therapeutic drum-circle experiences to develop creativity and wellbeing. The course focuses on team building, self-expression, motivation and emotional regulation. It aims to help people to discover their natural musicality and improve their confidence. It will help people relax and improve their quality of life.

When: 5:30pm-7:30pm every Wednesday for 5 weeks from 4th March 2026

Location: City of Sanctuary, 37-39 Chapel Walk, Sheffield, S1 2PD

Kaleido charge on a sliding scale according to income, with costs ranging between a £3 deposit, and £15 per session. For more info please check their website.
