Dance for Wellbeing is a 10-week programme run by Kaleido Arts for Wellbeing.

We’re really excited to have developed our new Dance programme in collaboration with our Facilitator, Jen, who is an experienced Dance Therapy practitioner.

You don’t need any prior dance experience to attend this course. There will be lots of opportunities to discuss the activities, ask any questions you may have, and reflect throughout the course. Jen always creates a safe space within her classes. The programme will involve individual, group and pair movement work, and you can join in with as little or as much as you wish – there is no pressure.

Each week builds thematically on the last so please do sign up for the 10 weeks. For example, the first week focuses on ‘Being’, the second on ‘Belonging’, and so on. We work through a variety of fun and often poignant activities, exploring how our bodies move and discovering how movement can aid us in processing and healing.
