Wild at Heart is a project delivered by Sheffield & Rotherham Wildlife Trust. They run friendly, supportive nature-based activity sessions for adults with the aim of exploring our local green spaces and to boost wellbeing.

They run a number of Nature Connection Activity Sessions across the city. The sessions are free (though a voluntary contribution is always welcome). Booking is essential for all sessions as space is limited & sessions are very popular. To book contact Project Officer Jenny King at 0114 263 4335 (or 0114 312 2235) or email j.king@wildsheffield.com.

To see where their groups currently run, check out their website.

Resources
