Westside Therapy is a lower-cost counselling service based in the west of Sheffield. It offers one-to-one counselling and is able to accommodate individuals seeking both short-term and longer-term therapy. Its approach to counselling is humanistic/person-centred.

Westside Therapy offers counselling to individuals living with a range of issues including:

  • Anxiety
  • Bereavement & Loss
  • Depression/Low-mood
  • Problem Gambling
  • Life Choices
  • Sleep
  • Stress
  • Domestic abuse
  • Work/study-related matters

Face-to-face only sessions are held in Crookes, Sheffield, during Tuesday and Friday daytimes.  For these, please contact 07746 139113

On-line only sessions are held on Wednesday and Thursday evenings.  For these, please contact 07854 525787.

All sessions have a flat fee of £35.

*Please note: for trauma-related therapy, Borderline Personality Disorder, C-PTSD/PTSD and Bi-Polar Disorder, please refer to a specialist service.
