To access support, simply text ‘STEEL’ to 85258.
You can text from wherever you are in the UK, at any time of day or night.
Shout Volunteers can help with issues including:
- Anxiety
- Bullying
- Depression
- Loneliness
- Panic attacks
- Relationship changes and challenges
- Self-harm
- Stress
- Suicidal thoughts
STEEL will always try to respond to texters as quickly as possible, however response times may be longer at times of high demand.
High risk texters will always be responded to as a priority. If your life is at imminent risk, please call 999 for immediate help.
