Sheffield Hallam Student Advice Centre is a free, confidential and independent service for students at Sheffield Hallam University (SHU). The service is provided by Sheffield Hallam Students’ Union.
They can help with any queries or problems you may have while you’re a student. These may include:

- Academic Issues
- Employment
- Disability
- International Students
- Crime & Safety
Their website includes answers to commonly asked questions as well as information of how to take care of your wellbeing and more specifically around mental health.
They also provide a Cost of Living Hub for students on their website.

The Advice Centre consists of a team of professionally trained and experienced advisers who are independent of the university. The service is free, impartial and confidential and is available at both the Owen Building and Collegiate campus.
