For individual counselling enquiries you will be sent an assessment form to fill in, followed by a telephone assessment. Their low cost sessions cost £25 for individuals, £35 for couples and £45 for families (small family groups of up to five with children aged 11 plus). Low cost sessions are delivered by a counsellor in training. They also offer standard price sessions with a qualified associate counsellor.
