Open Door Music is a mental health friendly enterprise group where people get together to jam, socialise, sing, build friendships and pursue musical ambitions. The groups are free, you can just drop in and you don’t need to book.

Everyone is welcome at the groups, whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced musician/producer.

Open Door Music have a number of different groups which meet:

  • Music Production Group: Wednesday’s 10am-12.30pm – Sheffield Flourish, Upper Floor, 4 Windrush Way, S3 8JU.
  • Music Appreciation Group: Wednesday’s 1:30-2:30pm – Hagglers Corner, 586 Queens Rd, Lowfield, Sheffield S2 4DU
  • Singing Group: Thursday’s 2pm-4pm – blended online and in person. Contact for up to date info
  • Music Improvisation Group: Friday’s 10:30am-12:30pm – Sheffield Flourish, Upper Floor, 4 Windrush Way, S3 8JU.
  • Music drop in group: Friday’s 1pm-4.30pm – Sheffield Flourish, Upper Floor, 4 Windrush Way, S3 8JU.
  • Artist Gathering: Monthly on First Tuesday of the month 3pm-5pm – Sheffield Flourish, Upper Floor, 4 Windrush Way, S3 8JU. Run in partnership with Creative Arts Support Team (CAST)
