Older Adults Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) offer assessment, treatment and ongoing support for people over the age of 65 who are experiencing mental health difficulties.
They support people who are experiencing problems such as psychosis, mood disturbance and memory problems, who have related behavioural or psychologial symptoms. They also support people aged under 65 under certain circumstances.
The Older Adults Community Mental Health Team is made up from Support Workers, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Administrators, Psychiatrists and Psychologists.

Referral is made via the GP or specialist services within the Trust.
