NECA is a charity who focus on improving the lives of individuals and communities in the North East, Yorkshire and Humber to sustain long term recovery from substances and gambling harms. People living in Yorkshire can access free 1-to-1 support with a trained worker, attend groups and peer support, and, if appropriate, be supported to access residential rehabilitation.

If you’re based in Yorkshire and are worried about your own gambling, or if someone else’s gambling is negatively affecting you, you can get in touch by ringing: 01423 740 723 or emailing: [email protected] Opening Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 4.30pm

When you first ring, they will take your details and arrange for one of their practitioners to contact you for an assessment. They will then work with you to create a recovery care plan to meet your individual needs. This may include:

Support Groups
Relapse Prevention
Brief Intervention
Signposting
Self Help Recourses

The also offer support and free online training for organisations and workplaces.
