Other Resources
NAPAC also provide a series of six booklets for survivors and those who support them. They are free to download and are also in audio format on NAPAC’s resources page.
NAPAC also provides advice and support for those survivors with PTSD who may experience flashbacks. If this affects you, they provide detailed and simple advice on grounding techniques which may help.
If somebody you love or care about has told you they suffered childhood abuse and you feel upset and confused, NAPAC also provides support. Their website includes information for anyone who knows a survivor.
