Epilepsy Action is a national epilepsy organisation which exists to improve the lives of everyone affected by the condition. They are a member-led association, led by and representing people with epilepsy, their friends, families and healthcare professionals.

The Epilepsy Helpline provides advice and information. They can be contacted on Tel: 0808 800 5050 (Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5pm; Sat 10am – 4pm). You can also access live chat support when an advisor is available or email [email protected]

- Online Support Groups: Epilepsy Action run a range of online support groups which can connect you with other people, share stories and gain valuable insights about how others manage their epilepsy.
- Befriending: Their Befriending Service matches you with a friendly volunteer for regular chats either online or by phone.
- E-Learning: They have a range of online courses and learning resources to help you understand more about epilepsy.
- Information: Information around what epilepsy is, symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Living with Epilepsy: Advice, information and support on how to live with your epilepsy.
