Sheffield Cycling 4 All run friendly and inclusive cycling sessions. They use trikes and other cycles designed for disabled people and people with long term mental or physical health conditions.

Their cycling sessions take place in the lovely surroundings of Hillsborough Park. You can explore the park on one of their trikes, practice your cycling on the flat ballcourts where they run their sessions from.  Or just come along and socialise with all the other people who are there.

They run cycling sessions Monday – Thursday (morning and afternoon). There is a “VIP (visually impaired peddlers)” cycling group on a Wednesday morning and a “Pedal-strokes and Brain injury” (anyone who has been affected by a stroke or brain injury) cycling group on Wednesday afternoon.

The sessions are run by a qualified and experienced cycle leader and at least one volunteer.  They are able to provide help, advice and assistance throughout the day.

There are various cycles to choose from, each built to cater to specific needs.

Full timetable is on the website www.sheffieldcycling4all.org

Sometimes they need to cancel sessions due to bad weather so please check their website if the weather is looking bad to see that the session is running.

Sheffield Cycling 4 All also have a a cycle and trike loan scheme.
