Anxiety UK is a user-led organisation working to support those living with anxiety. They provide information, resources, support and understanding through a wide range of services, including:
- Therapy
- Online anxiety management courses
- Online art groups
- Resources and guides
- Online message boards
Please be aware that there is a cost attached to most of their services.
Anxiety UK can provide support and help if you have been diagnosed with, or suspect you may have, an anxiety disorder or phobias. This includes (but is not limited to), body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and panic attacks. They also work with external agencies and healthcare professionals to improve services for those living with anxiety as well as campaigning to raise awareness of these conditions.
They have an annual membership scheme which gives a member access to reduced cost therapy, subscription to Anxious Times magazine and access to the member’s area and free online resources.
Infoline
Anxiety UK run a free 24/7 infoline open to non-members as well as members. It is an automated self-care information line, providing pre-recorded information, guidance, and resource signposting. You can also access options for guided breathing, muscle relaxation, grounding techniques or calming music. Their infoline service is open to anyone of any age.

You can arrange to speak to an Advisor by using their “TAUK to us” service. A call needs to be booked in advance on their TAUK to us webpage. You can book a 30-minute 1-to-1 telephone support session for £25.
