ADIRA are a survivor-led mental health and wellbeing organisation, supporting black people with mental health issues.
They provide a number of support services centred on raising up the voices of the black community in Sheffield including:

Self-Care Hub
The hub is provided in partnership with Action Collective and The Unity Project Sheffield. It provides free and low-cost household cleaning essentials, skin and hair care products for men and women, sanitary items, nappies, wipes and more. Their provision includes culturally appropriate skin and hair care products for people of African-Caribbean heritage.
The hub opens every Tuesday 10am-4.30pm (closed 12-12.30pm for lunch) at their base at SYAC.
