Self-Care Hub
The hub is provided in partnership with Action Collective and The Unity Project Sheffield. It provides free and low-cost household cleaning essentials, skin and hair care products for men and women, sanitary items, nappies, wipes and more. Their provision includes culturally appropriate skin and hair care products for people of African-Caribbean heritage.
The hub opens every Tuesday 10am-4.30pm (closed 12-12.30pm for lunch) at their base at SYAC.
Referrals to the hub can be made by community groups, support workers, GP, faith leaders and through other frontline services. Contact Adira for more info or to make a referral adiraboard@adira.org.uk

The Adira Listening Service is a culturally appropriate listening and reflective service. It is not counselling, however, one of their volunteers can listen you without judgement and help you explore your feelings and options. All information shared is confidential. Each session costs £10 and lasts 1 hour.
You can book a session on their website.
