A Mind Apart specialise in working with Children, Young People and Adults from complex and vulnerable backgrounds. They work closely with a selected group of qualified therapists to support them. 

They provide Dramatherapy and Psychotherapy. Their therapeutic approach supports people to find personal stability and grounding first before moving to a further exploration. They work in the belief that therapy is a learning journey, and their therapists support the client to have everything they need for that journey before stepping out. 

A Mind Apart aim to make the therapy sessions fun, creative, deep and adventurous, and believe the arts can change your life. 

A Mind Apart specialise in working with Anxiety, Depressions, Trauma and they can support those with Eating Disorders, OCD, ADHD and Autism. They have a history of addressing oppression and disadvantage and believe in offering safe spaces to everyone.
