Mental Health At Work is an online support network that provides resources to support you and the organisation you work for around mental health. The network is curated by Mind and supported by the Royal Foundation and Heads Together.

Mental Health At Work provides guides, videos, courses, podcasts, and information from key organisations across the UK, all aimed at helping you get to grips with workplace mental health.
You can either browse their complete list of resources, or use their ‘Start Finding Resources’ tool to narrow down what you’re looking for.

Toolkits are pre-packaged sets of resources that go well together to help you focus on a particular area of workplace mental health.
