GrayDays offers support for family members of relatives who are struggling with their mental health. Mainly in giving them a space to be heard and to work through where they are at and what help they need in moving forwards.
Counselling fees for 1-1 counselling is £50 and family support fees are £30 for one hour.
In-person sessions are based in S11.
