I need urgent help! What to do in a crisis

VoiceAbility

VoiceAbility offers free, independent and impartial advice to people who are thinking about making a complaint about an NHS or private health service they, or someone they know, have received.

They will support you to understand your options, and explore how to make a complaint yourself or if you would prefer to use an advocate who can make a complaint on your behalf.

They also can support you to find an Independent Mental Capacity Advocate (IMCA) or Independent Mental Health Advocate (IMHA).

Their website has links to self-help resources and an information pack.

The helpline is open Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm.
