Sheffield SEN & Disability Information, Advice & Support service (SSENDIAS)

The Sheffield SEN & Disability Information, Advice & Support service provides impartial information, advice and support to parents/carers of children with special educational needs (aged 0-25 years). The service develops links and networks with schools, other agencies/professionals and organisations. The service aims to empower parents to make informed decisions.  In addition to education they cover a range of matters including health, social care, disability benefits and leisure.

They offer support to parents of children and young people with any level or kind of difficulty or disability, from mild to multiple, severe conditions. They operate across the city and only take referrals from parents/carers.
