Mental Health Foundation

The Mental Health Foundation aims to reduce the suffering caused by mental ill health and to help everyone lead mentally healthier lives. They work across all ages.

They help people to survive, recover from and prevent mental health problems by:

  • carrying out research
  • developing practical solutions for better mental health services
  • campaigning to reduce stigma and discrimination
  • promoting better mental health for us all.

The website has a complete guide to information on mental health problems, topical issues and treatment options called Mental Health A-Z.

The website also has an online mindfulness course that you can do at your own pace. There is a charge for it and a free introductory video that you can watch to see if it's suitable for you.

You can follow them on Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, and Facebook.
