The Sheffield Mind and Body Project is a health and wellbeing project delivered in the North and South of Sheffield.   • We are able to work with anyone from the age of 16 years and above

  • We do provide free creche for parents who would like to access our project. And free transport to anyone with mobility requirements

  • If you would like to meet either Dawn or Juliet to talk about a workshop or group before attending, we can arrange a suitable time and place to do that. To book a place and creche, transport (if required) or if you need directions, please contact:
